I was raised in Northeastern Nevada..in the little town of Elko. I have lived in Mesquite for 17 years and have watched it change from a very small town of 1400 people to a growing community of pushing 20,000. We are a fast growing retirement and golf community. Many of our residents are part timers...coming south when the snow flies in their summer homes. We continue to see more people buying week-end get away homes and also buying for their future retirement homes.
