I would like to take this time to introduce myself. My name is John Gartiser. I recently graduated from Binghamton University and starting to make my business endeavors in Real Estate. I think I bring a lot of important character traits into this business that will help me success. Let me give you a little bit of my background information. Through out my high school career I was a stand out athlete. My sport was wrestling. Over my high school career I developed a record of 176-6 and was ranked 5th in the Nation my senior year. I was on my way to winning a NY State Title my senior year after coming up short, and finishing 2nd my Junior year, when I injured my knee and needed knee surgery. It ended up defaulting me out of the NYS Tournament my senior year. Unfortunately I was never able to achieve my goal but I don't look back on it and dwell on the past. I believe that was an important experience in my life and happened for a reason. The biggest lessons I learned from that experience and my athletic career is PERSEVERANCE, HARD WORK, and DEDICATION. I feel these character traits are very important to bring into the business of Real Estate. With out this you cannot be a successful Real Estate Agent in today's market.
I find myself to be a very likable character and an easy person to talk to. I feel I can be an asset in the Real Estate Business and will continue to grow a big client base because of my character and personality traits.

I strongly feel my Bachelors Degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, will be a key tool in my Real Estate success. One of my strongest traits that I picked up with my education was being able to LISTEN and UNDERSTAND what people are communicating. While working with clients and customers its important to be able to actively listen and interpret what they are communicating to you. It is easier to narrow down what they are looking for, their options, and to facilitate the process of reaching their real estate goals. I also feel my listening skills have really helped me work with investors. Investors have a certain criteria and know exactly what they are looking for. Investors aren't going to purchase something that will not fulfill their lucrative investment needs.
Also my perserverance and hard work sets me apart from the rest of the field. I am always out there hustling. Trying to meet new people
