| Gary helped us sell our home in a buyer’s market and buy a home in a seller’s market! What seemed like a lose lose situation for us turned into a win win with Gary's help. We were able to get what we needed from the home we were selling to be able to get the perfect home for our family. We originally started trying to sell our home on our own but we had so many questions and concerns. Gary came in and confidently took over and had our home sold within a month! Our goal was to be able to close on both our previous home and a new home at about the same time so we could just move straight to our new home and not have to worry about finding a place to live and store all our things while looking. In the area we were trying to move to all the best homes were under contract in less than 24 hours of being on the market. So as soon as a home came up that looked even a little bit possible for our family we called Gary and went as fast as we could to check it out. Gary was amazing! He was always ready to go when we were and had everything set up. I felt like a priority and I felt like he really cared about helping us find the best home for our family. When we found our new home we were nervous because the home had six other offers on it! Gary knew exactly what to do to make our offer the best (but still doable for our budget) so our offer was the one that was accepted. We would not have come out of this moving experience as happy as we did if we didn’t have Gary’s help. He saved us from what could have been a terrible experience! |

| Gary did a great job! He never got tired of helping us out. Our time frame and what we wanted fluctuated several times (and we were very picky!), but he stayed constantly on his toes for us. He was always very positive and fun to work with. He made us feel like family and that our needs were his priority. He worked around our schedule and went the extra mile. He helped us to focus in on certain areas that suited our specific tastes and needs. Our situation was also unique because I have severe pet allergies. Gary spent hours on the phone over the course of our search to find out if the homes had pets or not for us. This narrowed our selection considerably, but he always had plenty worked out for us to look at and helped us to not get discouraged with this very difficult specification. Gary was very helpful start to finish and helped us to understand and work through the entire process as this was our first home. We found a great home and neighborhood where we are very happy! We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone. |
