How do I tell you about me. Well, I was in the leadership of Keller Williams Realty but the Northern California Regional director didn't think I was Keller Williams material. Well, to know me is to question certain people's judgement. I am a bit raw after my experience with Keller Williams and believe that the company is a really wonderful place. Sorry to put this out in Activerain land but I am still hurting from some very hurtful people. Please read my book when I write it. Other than that, real estate is strengthening in this part of Central California. There are some great buys out there. If you want to know which ones, please contact me and I will give you my "best buy" list.

After 10 years in real estate and 30 as a real estate consumer, I understand what buyers and sellers want and that is lots of communication in any kind of form possible. They also want to be heard about what they want not what realtors think they want. So beyond understanding what it is like to be a buyer or a seller, I can provide insight in the economics of what is currently go on in the real estate market and that will make the buyer or seller money or save them money. That is what I get paid for. It is not to put a listing in the MLS, any monkey can do that but it is to position the property to sell for the highest amount of money in the least amount of time, with the least amount of hassle.
I could write all of my formal degrees etc. but who really cares about that?
