I came into the real estate business by the investor route.  I perform maintenance on most of my properties so I am familair with the basics of the major components of the building structure.  I am goal oriented but not pushy so I allow my clients to make thier own decisions while providing input based on my experience.  I have lived and worked in this area all my life so I am very familiar with the benefits of various sections of the region.
