First Timers are my passion. However, I do love to help others buy and sell their homes. Having been a Gainesville resident for the past 18 years of my life there have been some wonderful things about the area that I pariticularly appreciate including the outskirts and what they have to offer. I can find the beauty  in every home be it new construction or a vintage home from the stone ages. We can find a buyer who is willing to take it off your hands.

After being born and raised in Miami-Dade County, I can say that Gainesville was a bit of a culture shock form the fast pace of a major city. This place grows on you! The trees, the change of seasons, all of it is awesome. It was named the number #1 best place to live in 1999. Now it is in the top five places to fund and develop a techno startup.

I know the area and I know the people and Gainesville is a great place to be. Like they say, it is great to be a Florida Gator.
