Houses have always been my passion, in one way or another. I am now living in my 18th home! My degree is actually in interior design, which I love and still do occasionally, but I had always wanted to be a realtor, so I jumped into the arena 11 years ago. 2012 was a fantastic year for me-my best ever. I love staging properties also. This makes such a huge difference in getting a home sold in a timely manner for the most money. 2013 will be a year of new beginnings. I have now moved many miles and I'm enjoying sunny Florida and getting my feet wet in real estate here. I love education and continue to try to make myself the best agent I can be. My designations are: ABR, CRS, SRES, CREN, SFR.
I love people and getting to know them. My desire is to help them make the very best decision they can make. I have always loved working with first time home buyers. This is such an exciting time for them and when we find the right home, I am just as excited as they are. With my SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, I also love the idea of helping folks who are making big changes in their lives as they get older. There are so many things involved in relocating, down-sizing, etc. that I can help with to make it easier for them. I just love people and real estate!
