Hi Everyone! I just re- joined Active Rain again after a stint away. I was a part of this community starting in 2007 and now that I am expanding my reach I thought it would be great to join again. 

Tell you a little about me 

I spent many years as 'The Queen of Short Sales' traveling the country and teaching classes on Foreclosures and Short Sales. I hosted two radio shows on WLS and WIND in Chicago as the Real Estate Coach. Then in 2007 I also began coaching businesses to take their offices to the next level. This consisted mostly of Real Estate, Mortgage and Construction companies. I found that coaching and training was a passion of mine and put my license on hold to focus on working inside these businesses to help them grow. 

I have recently come back to Real Estate full time and also Consult with one of the companies that I originally coached upon its inception- Greenlight Construction. They are now in several states and I appreciate the integrity in which they do business.And they pay referral fee's! Greenlight Construction Group
