I am a Listing Broker and a Buyers Broker. The reason for this is to keep myself well educated in what today's Sellers and Buyers are interested in.
By doing so, I can help my Sellers in properly preparing their homes for sale in today market. I inform them on what today's buyers are looking for in a home.
In the same regard for Buyers. I help my buyers purchase homes correctly. I pin point out defects that may or may not be properly disclosed. I advice them on the home's positive and negative attributes that may effect resale values.

I aid my developers by keeping them informed of land that comes on and off the market. I market and sell individual lots. I help Buyers with the purchase of an individual lot or packaging the lot with building there new home.
