Credentials
Let me help make a difference in your life by assisting you in the purchase or sale of the most important asset you own. Going the extra mile for you is my goal and it began in 1978 when I received my Broker's License, setting me apart from the average agent in the business. As a former teacher I learned to be a caretaker and I treat my work in real estate the same way. My commitment to you is to give 110% of my time and energy to help you achieve your real estate dreams.
I approach my business with a personal touch and love the personal contact and interaction between my clients and myself. By walking the neighborhoods I serve, I've seen families grow and flourish in a safe and happy environment. Holidays and the change of seasons give me a reason to visit the children going door-to-door with Santa at Christmas time and the Easter Bunny in the spring. This experience has given me the insight I need to find just the right neighborhood, schools, etc., to suit the needs of your family.
Having lived in four major counties in California has given me broad experience and the ability to target just the right home for you. My thirteen years of real estate experience has taken my business as far north as Solvang, as far south as the San Fernando Valley and South Bay areas. My specialty today lies in Ventura County (Camarillo, Mission Oaks, Conejo Valley and Channel Islands Beach) communities. I also belong to the Southland Regional Board of Realtors which allows me to cover Westlake, Calabasas, Agoura and the San Fernando Valley. My business runs the gamut from first time home buyers to senior citizens, second home buyers and move-up buyers/sellers and investors.
Going the Extra Mile for my buyers and sellers as a real estate broker for the past 13 yrs. has been my goal. My specialty lies in the Camarillo and Mission Oaks areas including Channel Is. Beach.
