I work all over Southeastern Michigan, but focus mainly on the Oakland County market. I am extremely high energy, accurate, goal orientated, health conscious, smart, witty, and determined. I return calls, answer emails, send thank-you notes and more. Happily married with one adult child, I am able to devote myself 100% to my business, YOUR business! Your #1 goal is my top priority. It may be hard to believe these days but, I LOVE MY JOB as a REAL ESTATE AGENT!

I seem to get a lot of first time home Buyers. I want to guide them through the mortgage application process, the "house hunting", writing and negotiating the offer, the home inspection and the closing. I want the buyer to be thrilled with the decision to buy their first home and happy with the end result.
All levels of Buyers are important to me and I will carefully listen carefully to your wants and needs.

If you are a Seller, I'll provide you with a most recent Comparitive Market Analysis of houses that have SOLD in your area...not just what they are currently "asking for" list prices!  I'll provide you with a checklist of things you may need to do to get your house ready for the market. "Staging" is a very important part of the house selling process these days and together we can do it like they do on the TV shows! Also, we will structure the best price and commission rates for today's market and get your house sold in as short a time as possible for the most amount of money...every day the house languishes on the market is more money OUT of your pocket , not in!

If you are a Seller who currently lives away from your property, I understand your needs and concerns. Although I am not a property manager and I cannot promise to be responsible for your house, I will try and check on it at least once a week.  I will make sure the circulars and junk mail are not piling up. I will make sure the lawn is being maintained and more.
