| Everyone talks a good game but Glen lives it! He went beyond my expectations of handling some issues with the sale of this home (it was in an Estate). He expertly coordinated some repairs, including a code inspection without me having to do it all myself. I don’t know of any other realtor that would have been this dedicated. | We had "wasted" 8 months with a previous realtor, that was recommended to us by our accountant. He was a Norristown realtor, had investment properties himself, and had connections with the "powers that be" in the town. He over-priced our investment apartment building by about $75,000.00, and convinced us we COULD get this price! I had just redecorated 2 of the 3 apts., and he told us to leave them "empty", that the new buyer would like to put his own people in, which seemed feasible to my wife and I. He did NOTHING to sell the property, except list it on various sites. In 8 months, I believe he had one person look at it! When we terminated his services, the NEXT day, Glen called me and asked if the property had sold? I told him no, and what we had gone through. He told me HE could sell the property, and would like to meet with us. His first question was why were the 2 apts. empty?! I told him, and he said they had to be rented, that an investor would buy it, and wants to make money from day one! I turned everything over to him, and let him manage the property---he got 2 tenants, did credit checks, etc., and money started to come forth! The bottom line is that he priced it appropriately, and he SOLD it for us! Since we are planning to move from our prime residence, we needed this property to be sold to start the ball rolling with the new property! We can only say the best things about Glen---he was always available for any communication needed, met with us when needed, and he was always the ultimate professional! We now plan to use him to sell our current property, since we were so very pleased with his results with the apt. house! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wanted action with their real estate!! |

| Glenn was the best! My house was on the market for 9 months with other realtors. After having enough stress that it wasn't selling I did my research. I called Glenn. He had my home sold in one month! Glenn and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and follow through on things.
