| Todd T & his wife came to the Springs and were out of options; they were excited about the help that I offered them at my Large Fortune 500 company office. Todd & his wife (and 2 small children one only 2 yrs of age) were ignored by 2 other realtors on their visit here to Colorado Springs who would not return their calls, since they were under a certain $ category of homes; which is a petty, insignificant reason. Todd, being an Armed Forces member (I cannot mention the branch) deserved all the respect in the world and this is his comment explain his feeling after getting a great deal on a home: We bought a house from Tim and he was extremely unselfish and put us first. He is a great guy and helped us buy our first home. We would recommend that he be your realtor! Todd and his wife have moved out of the area, unfortunately). | Tim was a very attentive realtor. He wanted what was best for me. This was going to be my first home that I purchased. I am a single working mom and can get very busy. Tim was sensitive to my time constraints. He handled the purchase professionally and offered his expertise in areas that I had no clue about. Tim is a friendly outgoing person and I would definately recommend him. Pam works as a secretary & a sort of contractor in the defense industry |
