Our title agency is owned and operated by Attorney David R. Kennedy. David has over 20 years of experience representing clients in real estate and title insurance transactions. Prior to that, David worked in the banking industry for ten years. Sarah Woods, Vice President and Manager has over 10 years experience in the real estate and title insurance industry. Karen McNeill, Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing, has over 12 years experience in Sales and Marketing. What does this mean to you? For the past 12 years, I was top producer both locally and nationally with Konica-Minolta as a Major Account Sales Manager. I love meeting new people. I came from a medical background and loved my job but I wanted a better quality of life for my children and myself, so I ventured into sales. Being a top producer my sales earned many all expense paid trips for my family. I have built many wonderful relationships with my customers and I am thankful to God for rewarding my hard work and efforts. With a lot of changes in the industry and ready for a new change in careers, I decided to venture into the real estate market. I enjoy networking and meeting new people.
I work in youth ministry and have a passion for photography and videography. I enjoy life to the fullest and I am thankful for each day, experiencing love through family and friends.
I have two favorite Bible verses: Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all of your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path". The second is: Col 3:23 "Whatever yo do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men."
