Well, I'm originally from downtown Chicago, and currently live in Geneva IL - I have personal experience renovating a historic property on the historic registry and found that a fulfilling experience so I try to help others interested in historic home preservation. My primary geographic area is Kane County, however I love the 'city'(that would be Chicago) and know it like the back of my hand, so when buyers are interested in getting into the city and searching for property in which to live, or invest - I'm the person they contact! My passions are many, all revolving around staying balanced, so I strive to make the real experience a wonderfully exciting, stress-free one.
