Aloha and Welome, My name is Greg Smith representing Prudential Maui REALTORS here in Lahaina,Maui. I'm orginally from a small town in Florida called St. Augustine. I arrived here on Maui in 1988 with only surfing on my mind. Over the years, not only has Maui grown, but myself as well. I am now a happily married man to my beautiful wife Denise and blessed with three children, two boys Dylan and Daniel and a girl Laura Kaye. I still enjoy surfing, though not as often, but more importantly time spent with the real treasures of life,my family. During my extensive time here on Maui I've developed knowledge of the real estate marketplace...... As your Realtor I will not only represent you, but also educate, guide, and support you whether buying or selling. I was taught an important lesson by a past employer “ take excellent care of your clients or someone else will “. My job to you is it assist you in finding the home your looking for, give you recommendations on lenders, pointing out pros and cons of each property, negotiating the best terms and price for you, making sure the home is priced appropriately so you're not paying too much, assist you during the inspection phase, make sure seller fixes any agreed upon issues before closing.....and all the way to closing, I make sure it gets handled. I am sincere, honest, competent, knowledgeable and I get the job done. I really want to make my clients feel like a priority to me...because you are.
