Successful sales experience in various service industries combine to bring knowledge and talent very well suited for real estate sales. Prior to moving to lovely Vero Beach from Miami where I enjoyed four exciting life segments in international travel visiting most countries in the world, banking, media sales with NBC, entrepeneurial owner and operator of multiple franchise locations of national learning center company. All four aspects of my career were dedicaated to blending the benefits of the product with the needs of the customer, constantly honing my skills for this great adventure in real estate.
Twelve years in Vero Beach after many more in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove sections of Miami, FL the first great Florida real estate developers landed in the 1920's creating the real estate boom. I now have a love of the laid back life style her in Vero Beach, FL. Culled from my wardrobe are the business suits and high heels. Tropical, resort style attire is more appropriate for meeting and serving customers who are ready for much of the same, comfortable llifestyle.
More and more "baby boomers" like myself are discovering Vero Beach and investing in their home for the future. Many, like myself, will continue working albeit in a different environment than before. A strong identity with my customers provides me with the intuitioin needed to match them with that piece of paradise that will make them comfortable in years to come.
The Barrier Island called Orchid is an enclave of high end homes and condominiums, destination communities such as Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club, Windsor, John's Island, Riomar, The Moorings and many other desirable gated communities on both sides of Highway A1A. To the east is the Atlantic Ocean. To the west is the Indian River Lagoon. Oceanfront and riverfront homes and condominiums are elegant, comfortable and desired by the retired CEO, the artist or writer and now many of the young professionals who are planning ahead during these times of low prices and available financing.
The "Island" is my area of expertise selling oceanfront condominiums priced at over $3,000,000 and single family homes as low at $450,000. There are many that are more expensive and many that are less. Knowledge of the various communities and neighborhoods that make up The Island, I can lead you to the one that is the most glamorous or the one that offers the most value.
