Gary Sinard is a Real Estate Investor and Owner/Builder.

Gary Sinard has been involved in a wide variety of real estate and real estate investments in various capacities over the past 20 years. In California, he obtained his sales license in 1989, became a real estate broker in 1994 and built a mortgage company that funded over 30 million in loans each year. He then built a loss mitigation company that restructured over 140 million in loan workouts each year. Gary has personally raised millions of dollars of private money for real estate investments. He is now involved in residential short term rentals and has expertise in developing scalable business processes and systems.

He enjoys skiing, scuba, watching movies and wine tasting.
