I am an active member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). I have served on the local chapter level as Secretary, Vice President, President, and hold the current State level position of Region 7 Director. As a Regional director I sit on the Board of Directors for CREIA, I act as a liaison between local chapters and the board. I also hold membership with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) I have been doing home inspections since 2003 in that time I have done over 3000 inspections.

Continuing education is vital to me; with construction guidelines ever changing, I have to keep up. As part of my membership requirements for both CREIA and ASHI I must complete at least 30 hours of education per year, I complete at least 60-70 hours every year so that I may provide my clients with the best inspection in the industry.
