Every one of my email or phone call questions was answered promptly and thoroughly, regardless of the time or day. Scott set up an itinerary of home viewings that exceeded our expectations, and - as we were moving from out of state - took the time to give us a tour of certain areas of Vermont that we were interested in (even stopping to buy us cider donuts one Saturday morning!). Moreover, Scott is a true professional, armed with thorough research and documentation at every step of the way.
