We were a corporate relocation and on a short timeframe. Gun helped us find just the right house and made the process very easy. When we moved again in 2006, we made the mistake of engaging another agent. Only after the house had not moved did we call Gun. Gun was wonderful. She helped us manage the sale of the house even though we were 3000 miles away. Gun is a consummate professional who gets results. And she likes dogs -- my kind of person.” |

| Dear Mr. Tooker, Manager William Raveis Real Estate I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for being able to work with one of your agents, Gun Sharp. I have worked with Gun since 2003 when she helped me buy my first condo in downtown Stamford. Being a first time home buyer then, the process seemed somewhat daunting. Fortunately, Gun was there to guide me through the entire process. I realized then, for the first time, what capable hands I was in. More recently, when it came time to sell, I knew I wanted Gun to represent me. The real estate market had been especially challenging for sellers. But with Gun’s confidence, experience and superb negotiating skills we were able to sell at great price, within a week of the property being listed! This past May, my girlfriend, Kara and I decided to buy our first house together. I had no hesitation in suggesting that we work with Gun.
