Hobbies

Being Mom to 3 beautiful children ranging in ages from 2 to 15. Saving lives as a volunteer firefighter, EMT-Basic. Singing with church worship team and solos/duets for public performances. Camping and traveling to wherever I can go!

•· Establish a realistic asking price - I will perform a comparable market analysis on homes or land that are for sale and have sold in the past 6 months and how long it took to sell. "A house priced right is already half sold."

•· Make recommendations and tips on preparing your home to show and to be more marketable -Ask  Many times a small investment in time or money will help you sell your home. The way you live in your home and the way you sell your home are not the same.

•· Contracts and paperwork - I will present all offers to you, explain the offer to purchase contract in detail to you, assist you in negotiating the price and terms, once offer is accepted, will track all deadlines and represent you at closing.
