Get to Know Adam H. Wise
My name is Adam Wise I am a 30 year old Certified Residential appraiser and owner of Real Estate Valuation Group in Portland Oregon. I conduct appraisals on a wide variety of properties in Portland and the surrounding area. I am married and have a beautiful baby girl and an old Boarder Collie/Queensland healer mix named Jasmine. Jasmine comes to the office with me everyday. I live in the Brooklyn neighborhood in Southeast Portland in an awesome old house. I love older homes, they just don't build homes with character and quality like that anymore.
Activities I enjoy:
1. Spending time with my wife, and new daughter Libby.
2. Working around the house and visiting with my neighbors.
3. Outdoor Activity, Skiing, Hiking, Biking, Exploring and trips to the park to swing with my daughter, gardening.
4. FOOD and all activities involving good food and the eating of it.
5. Exploring neighborhoods with older homes and taking in the architecture. ( and then subconsciously analyzing the neighborhood and home) Doooohhh I'm an appraiser I can't help it
