| "I just recently used Mike to do an inspection on a building I was considering purchasing. He was AMAZING! Mike gave the most detailed, specific inspection report that I have ever seen. He was personable, showed me everything first hand and clearly explained everything to me (in terms I could understand!!). His report was over 60 pages long and included detailed, very specific pictures that went right along with what he found. He covered every inch of the property, inside and out and earned every penny of his very reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking into purchasing a home or business property.
