We normally use our own private individuals to fund our loans, however, sometimes, the loans are larger than the funds available from our private investors, so, we will broker-out the deal. This is rare rather than the norm.

We tend to have a sweet-spot for loans that others cannot fund, as our team of finance expertsputs on our thinking hats and does it's best to create a winning strategy for many deals.
