Get to Know Heather DeLaurentis
I have taught high school in Colorado, Vermont, and Connecticut. I also ran adventure programs for children visiting places including Moab Utah, Crested Butte Colorado, and Mount Snow Vermont. I am an avid water skier, runner, down hill skier, and basically and outdoor enthusiast.
As far as education, I am a Cum Laude Graduate from the University of Rochester with a degree in Environmental Science. Member of the All University Athletic and Academic Scholarship Team. Masters in Instructional Technology. Completed Real Estate Principles and Practice, New Home Specialist Training, and Member of the Midd Shore Board of Realtors.
Beginning only my second year in real estate I ranked 7th (out of over 50 agents) in the office for number of buyer controlled sales, and am striving to continue moving upward in this area. In my first year of Real Estate I closed over 3.5 million dollars.

Certifications
I am focussing my area on Haddam, Higganum, Killingworth, Clinton and Madison. Although there are so many small towns, I have found myself selling in Old Saybrook, and East Haddam also. I enjoy working with all spectrums of clients. First time home buyers are exciting because they are so enthusiastic and excited about beinga home owner. However, helping people upgrade to their next home for various reasons can be equally exciting. Watching families grow and move to more spacious homes, or down size as their kids have left the nest. I truely enjoy listing homes and properly marketing them. I feel my background with a Masters in Intrsuctional Technology allows me more access to search engines and marketing resources that many other agents miss.
