Home Fashion is a company started by me, Heather Bril-Kiddoo. At this time my primary focus is on Real Estate Home Staging and Real Estate. I'm currently attending The Art Institute with plans to complete my Bachelor's in Interior Design. At that time I will incorporate my newly found skillset into my company's repertoire.
I am an Accredited Home Stager and REALTOR® licensed in Iowa. I have passed the Illinois Real Estate Exam and will soon have my Illinois license as well. My broker is Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors located in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Any home owner who lists their furnished property for sale with me will receive home staging services for free. I also offer a 10% discount off of my staging services for any licensed REALTOR's clients who were referred to me by their REALTOR®.
As stated above I am an Accredited Home Stager. This is a great asset to any sellers who list with me because their home will be staged for free. Home Staging makes the interior and exterior of the home appealing to a broad range of buyers.
Home Staging is also a benefit for other REALTOR's® who decide to use my staging services for their listings. Their client's receive a 10% discount off the home staging fees, and by their home being staged the chance they will sell their house faster and for more money than the house down the street that is not staged greatly increases.
