I wish I could reach out and save everyone who has a rough deal but over the years I have learned to be upfront about any potential mortgage issue. I will spend all the time needed to get a client approved. I am available 7 days a week and in the evening.
How am I different? Well I am different because I want a customer for life rather than a 1 time deal. I will give you a better deal so that you go out and refer me and you only consider me when looking for another home or a refinance. I attend all of my closings and handle my own deals. I like to end the transaction with a smile or tears of joy.
I will spend 6 months with a customer if it means getting them into a better interest rate. .
I often feel out a situation, do we have time to do my "EXTREME CREDIT MAKEOVER"?. Do we have time to complete the "6 FREE ways to improve your credit"? Most of my business is repeat and referral business.
I have completed 10 years of experience as a loan officer. The best experience in this business is hands on. I have not seen it all but I have seen my share of good deals and rough deals. I pride myself in knowing how to put a file together. I have done almost every type of loan out there and have new programs coming and going weekly.
I am good at what I do and I love my job.
