I am a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Minor in Law, Society & Justice. Out of college I was connected through an acquaintance of mine to my broker, Patrick Suarez, who was just starting his own firm. I was the third member of a team of young individuals focused on changing the perception of real estate agents. I strive to earn my clients trust and respect. I specialize in Snohomish County Multi Family Apartments. In the past year I have closed a handful of small to mid size apartment complexes and am currently working on selling several larger complexes in the Edmonds area. As a long time resident of the area, I have a feel for the community and its expected growth. Edmonds has taken a large step in becoming one of the elite high end communities in all of Washington. With both residential and commercial properties at an all time high mirroring such areas as Queen Anne, Green Lake and Kirkland, Edmonds is one of the hottest areas for condominium conversions.
Lynnwood is also another area in high demand. With the expansion of the Alderwood Mall, the new City Exhibition Center and continued development, Lynnwood is poised to become the center of Snohomish County's business and retail core. With such expansion, Multi Family Apartments are experiencing great growth in rents and sales price.
