I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read up a little about Mike Hope .  I am originally from England and served 14 years there in the Devon and Cornwall constabulary as a Detective Sergeant. I moved to Southern California with my family 15 years ago.  I spent most of my time in the Palos Verdes area and have a good working knowledge of the pricing and properties in the area.  Before buying property in Hermosa Beach  I owned a property in Westfield, where I kept a horse, a dog, a chicken and a cat, as well as bringing up a beautiful teenage daughter.   I have always had a passion for real estate and nothing gives me greater pleasure than showing prospective buyers what may be their new dream home.  I have bought and sold my own properties since the mid 80's and would have pleasure in using that experience to help you find the perfect home, or obtain the best possible price for the property you may be thinking of selling.
