He is very confident but never arrogant, always friendly but never fake, and he is not afraid to tell you what he does not know. Meanwhile, if something is knowable, he will be the first to look it up, or will be among the first to figure it out. I did not rate his negotiation skills because he has not put them to use on my behalf, but coupled with his friendly manner appear to be a shrewd business skills; it seems he appreciates both the art and the science of finding and making favorable economic deals. |
