She also provides speakers and programs of interest to members specializing in commercial and industrial real estate.  She serves with various committees at the Home Builders Association; Debbie was awarded "Best New Home Title Representative" and "Title Representative Rookie of the Year" for 2006 and "Best New Home Title Rep - Gold" for 2007 at the Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards  (MAME).
