A little about myself...

I am a graduate of Cal Poly, SLO and a former High School Agriculture teacher. I continue to enjoy volunteering my time with the local students and being part of the agricultural community. After teaching in Lemoore, Carpinteria, and Paso Robles, I came to realize that my true home will always be here on the central coast of California in the San Luis Obispo County.  Who wouldn't love the outdoor beauty, the constant feel of youthfulness, the happy vibe, and the greatest weather around! 

I am located in the downtown area of San Luis Obispo, so come by and say hi! .... Perhaps on your way to the Concerts in the Plaza every Friday at the Mission, or the famous "Farmer's Market" every Thursday evening downtown, or maybe just to the beach... either way, if you don't live in this area, you should make it a point to load up the family and come visit!

In the meantime, I will be enjoying my walks downtown with my dogs, taking the horses out to the beach near Montano de Oro, or I'll be at one of the local wineriese checking out the new varietals! 

I am happy to help anyone reach their goals, whether buying or selling, newbie or seasoned investor, but I specialize in First Time Home Buyers.  As a young professional, graduate from the local university, and experiences in first time home buying in the area,  I am familiar with the needs, wants, and concerns of a first time home buyer!  Its an area that is often overlooked by many agents and I aim to answer questions and concerns often pushed aside by others.  I aim to keep clients informed and comfortable at all stages of the prosess, from beginning to end and act as a coach and one to ensure that you are getting everything you need and more.  First time home buying does not need to be a scary experience, and although this may seem like a "poor economy" it is a phenomenal time to get int teh market for investors and first-timers alike!
