Aloha from the beautiful island of Maui in Hawaii.  Allow me to introduce myself ... I have lived on Maui for over 25 years and have loved every minute of it.  Maui differs from any place on Earth.  The ocean, the rain forests, the mountains all make up an incredible place to vacation and/or live.  Maui will always be a sought after place in the world.  I have been in the real estate business for almost 20 years and enjoy helping people realize their dreams.  I have been active in this community as a Rotarian for over 16 years, and volunteer for many other non-profit organizations that help the people of Maui and all over the world.  I am an accredited buyers agent (ABR) and an active member of the Real Estate Association of Maui (RAM).  My slogan is service with integrity ... please contact me for any of your Maui real estate needs!

I specialize in first time buyers, listing and selling high end homes & condominiums, finding a second home or selling or purchasing vacant land.  I have been involved in the real estate business since 1989 on Maui. I recently sold a 3B/3B Townhouse (http://www.mauizoom.com/WFVK103), in Wailea Fairway Villas and "the Bali Palace" 7B/6 + 2 1/2 baths, home in Maui Meadows, along with 5 other transactions. I am one of 7 people nominated as "Maui Person of the Year for 2005" for Maui County.  I have been involved in the Service Organization, Rotary International, for 20 years. I served as the Assistant District Governor for all of Maui 2000-2002 for Rotary and have held various Rotary District positions for over 6 years. In October 2000, I went to Ghana, West Africa to immunize their children against Polio. I am a Legal Assistant for a real estate and condominium law attorney. For 10 years prior to gaining my license in '98, I assisted successful Realtors on Maui with their work in residential real estate.  I served as President of my Homeowner's Association and continue to serve on the Wailea Community Association's Relations Committee.  Continue to hold a Notary Public license in the State of Hawaii since 1990, specializing in documents including Mortgages, Equity and Refinancing Loans. In 1999, I created Rotary's annual fund raiser, Monte Carlo Night, which raised over $350,000 for various charities and continued for 6 straight years. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and love to visit every summer.  I am a pet lover, raising many animals over the years.
