I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), the world's elite home inspection association. The entire house is checked in accordance with the NACHI Standards of Practice as well as the NACHI code of ethics. I provide a complete, thorough inspection, a detailed, narrative, home inspection report which includes digital photographs and a guaranteed report delivery within 24 hours after the physical inspection.My home inspection process includes a general course in home ownership and the responsibilities associated with the safe, comfortable use of your new home. I will do my best to explain in non-construction language what you can do as a homeowner to maintain your property to keep maintenance costs to a minimum.
