As President of Sell Your Listings, she redefined real estate by marketing properties to reach the approximate 90% using the Internet today. As a relocation expert, she developed and implemented a relocation program for a major Canadian retailer. As a communication consultant with a successful firm that spanned across North America, she learned the fine art of communication and negotiation.
Darlene understands the power behind a successful brand. With a passion for homes and over 30+ years experience in communications, marketing, negotiations, website design, social media marketing, Darlene once again returned to her true passion ‘real estate’.
Working in the real estate industry many years ago allowed her to see the back office dealings that occurred to make every deal a reality. With this experience she not only got to understand how important it was to treat her staff correctly, she got to understand the timing of making a real estate deal a success.

| “I want to take this opportunity to thank Darlene for all her diligent and excellent professional work on my behalf. Darlene was successful selling my condo in North York and purchasing my new home in Peterborough. This was not an easy feat considering my time lines. Both transitions were completed within two months. This was a very challenging proposition that demanded consistent diligence. Darlene was able to not only complete all that was necessary for both transitions she was able to coordinate closing dates that actually supported everyone. The closing dates were January 23 for the house and January 30 for the Condo. You can just imagine the energy, work and time load that Darlene put forward. Most important is that Darlene also took the time to educate me on matters that were pertinent to both transitions and this allow me to make informed decisions along the way. She included me in everything and ensured I understood.
