My business profile has evolved continually, and it continues to evolve today.  I have 41 years of real estate experience.  My previous focus was as a listing agent with land and new construction being my niche.

Presently, I am the exclusive marketer for the Todaro Team and its team members.  My daughter, Tammy, is now a team leader on The Todaro Team.  It seems that the name Todaro will always be affiliated with a team concept.

As the marketer for this top producing team, I provide both online and offline marketing.  They are all listing agents, and marketing is the backbone of being successful as a listing agent. 

My offline marketing includes direct mail market, print marketing in local newspapers and providing marketing brochures for each listing.  My direct mail marketing includes “just listed, sale pending and sold another one” postcards for each listing the agent has secured.  Additionally, there are mass mailings for a Free Market Analysis to 7,700+ homes monthly for the Todaro Team.  Along with the previously mentioned postcards, target marketing is accomplished very well with direct mail. I market for “fix and flips” and I search for land for the builders of my marketing clients. They have subdivisions coming in the near and distant future because of land postcards.

The Newspaper marketing includes a full page ad that is provided monthly.  This newspaper is mailed to every home and business in the town of Franklin MA. It also offers a Free Market Analysis.

All of the offline marketing is complemented by online marketing.  I’ve been blogging since 2009, and ActiveRain was my first blogging platform.  My additional online marketing for listings is provided by Realbird websites for each listing; Animoto is used for video and exported to You Tube. 

Each client has his/her/their own website for blogging and I maintain those platforms and provide content on each one.

My job description equates to a very full day of marketing.  Complementing this job description is the position of sales manager and mentor for anyone who is in need and desires mentoring. 

Prior to working in the real estate industry, I was a teacher in Island Falls, Maine and in Franklin, MA.  My degree is in biology with a minor in physical education, and the subjects that I taught were biology, chemistry, geometry, general science, health education and physical education.
