What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  Professionalism, Education & Knowledge have always been first & foremost to me as the best way I can service my clients.  Consequently in my real estate career I have attained the following designations:  Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute & Certified Residential Specialist.  Only 20% of realtors nationally have these designations.  Since people entrust one of their biggest investments in their lives to me, i.e., the purchase and/or sale of a home or land, I pride myself on being "the best I can be.  I have lived, worked and serviced the communities of North Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Carefree & Cave Creek.  Since community service is also important to me, I have been a member of the Soroptimists of Saguaro Foothills (a national women's organization) servicing Carefree & Cave Creek, a member of the Carefree/Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce and was a board member.   Having spent 20 years as a paralegal with real estate and land use attorneys and spending seven years in marketing and sales, it was a natural transition for me to find my career as a real estate salesperson. I have acquired a strong knowledge of real estate and an exceptional background in sales and negotiation skills.

During the years 2002 and 2003 I was awarded "Top Salesperson of the Year". I furthered my education by receiving the following credentials: GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute); ABR (Accredited Buyers' Representative); CRS (Certified Residential Specialist); and also received my Broker's license and am now an Associate Broker with Windermere Sonoran Properties, Inc.  I am a member of the following organizations: National Assoc.of Realtors, Arizona Assoc.of Realtors, Scottsdale Assoc.of Realtors; Carefree/Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce; Soroptimist International of Saguaro Foothills; Trilogy Golf Club.
