I've spent the past twenty years getting to know my local communities in Rhode Island and, during that time, my career involved progressively responsible positions in both the legal and customer service fields. I bring that extensive experience and knowledge with me into the real estate arena, and feel it provides an excellent basis for me as a realtor in knowing how to best serve my clients during their buying and/or selling transactions. My goal is to always provide a "10+" customer service experience. YOU are the most important part of the process, and I never forget that. Communication with me will always be on a continually open and 24/7 basis, as this is critical for your comfort level. Add to that the abundant professional resources of #1 Keller Williams Realty, and as a team, we can only win and get the best result for YOU and your family.

I remember when I was a first time buyer, and think back to the many events, deadlines, decisions and forms that were involved in the process. I needed a professional to guide me through a time when I was making very serious decisions about my and my family's future. I always want to be that consummate professional for first time buyers, providing the right information, correctly answering all your specific questions, making the process run smoothly and as stress-free for you as possible. Customer service is my specialty and people are my priority.
I also specialize in assisting senior citizens. I have recently completed my tenth year performing genealogical and ancestral research, and find I have a new appreciation for people who have lived a full life and now find themselves with often difficult decisions to make involving their current home and their future. I am a "hand-holder" and appreciate opportunities to be in that role during the buying and selling process.
Remember, these are homes for YOU. They are not simply houses in which you happen to live. Your current or new home is special and unique to YOU, and therefore important to ME. These are homes, not houses.
