Hi!  My name is Lisa and I cannot wait to help educate those looking for information regarding home ownership, credit repair, selling a home or buying a home in both Baltimore and Harford Counties, with a specialty being in White Marsh and Perry Hall, Maryland.  I epitomize integrity, hard work, dedication and in some cases, creativity when needed in every detail of your real estate transaction.  I grew up equally between both the farming communities of the upper most northern area's of Pennsylvania and throughout Baltimore County suburbs.  I started out young learning how to become a hard and dedicated worker at the age of 12 when i landed my first annual summer job de-tasseling and picking corn out in the hot sun for 7 hours per day, 6 days per week.  I have continued to rise early and have since built a career in real estate.  Working in the industry with both buyers and sellers, I am looking to continue my growth to also include investors and banks as well. 

I very much love family, community and I have a great devotion to God, my supportive husband and biggest fan and my 4 children of all ages and stages.  Being very much a life long learner, I really strive to take advantage of education both inside and outside of my career in real estate so as to serve my position and clients more efficiently.  Honestly, if it were up to me, I would be a lifelong professional student!  Graduating and supporting the local community college, I have earned my certificate in surgical technology where I trained at the prestigious John Hopkins Hospital for my clinical rotation and was privleged enough, just once,  to scrub next to world renowned pediatric neurosurgeon, Dr. Benjamin Carson, which if I had a bucket list at the time,  that would have topped that list! 

After experiencing a tragic car accident and suffering a permanent injury affecting my ability to continue my career in the operating room, I then turned towards education in real estate to make a full come back in the job market.  Being raised in an entreprenurial family, I set out to start my own business where I could become an educator and be more active in the community.  I have built strong relationships with local banks and lending institutions, home inspectors, title companies and credit repair specialists so that NOTHING that can be changed or improved can prevent anyone from still achieving the American dream of home ownership.  I too, as many other thousands of Americans, have suffered from the loss of my home due to no fault of my own during the few homeowner scams to include the home loan modification scam offered by several big banks.  Due to this loss, I have set out as a goal to be sure anyone can achieve their dream of home ownership through education, credit repair if needed and guidance.  I am fully committed to getting your home sold as quickly as possible for the most money that the market dictates in your area using my expertise and experience of both myself and the company that stands behind me, Keller Williams Realty.  My business has been built based off of referrals from past clients, friends and family and is the biggest compliment I could ever receive.  If you or someone you know is looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate in White Marsh, Perry Hall, Baltimore or Harford counties, Maryland, I would be happy to assist them in their future endevours.  Looking out of that area or state?  I can put you in touch with a very reputable agent in that area as well.  Thanks in advance and good luck!
