Why would you, a Buyer or Seller, want to work with me? In my first year of real estate I earned the Ultimate Service Award from Coldwell Banker. Now, just completing my second year and having just joined Royal LePage Kelowna I have been informed that I have acheived President's Gold (Awardees represent the top 6 to 10 percentile of their residential marketplace, based on sales earnings*).
I am very proud of my accomplishments. My husband says, "It ain't braggin" if ya done it!!" I work hard for my clients and earn their loyalty by honesty, perseverance, knowledge of the market, friendship and hospitality. Having a dogged determination to excel is what sets me apart. What I like to do is meet with my clients first to see if we even like eachother. If we do, and usually that's the case :-), we go from there. Finding the right home or selling your home is a process that can take some time and liking and trusting the person you work with is paramount.

I have sold a cross section of properties including mobile homes and million dollar properties, small businesses, investment properties and lots.
My area of expertise seems to have naturally evolved into helping people relocate to the Okanagan. I have helped clients from the US, Holland, Alberta and Ontario find homes and sometimes even jobs so that they can now call BC "home". I have and continue to develop a network of people to help them settle in. This network includes bankers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, lawyers, notaries, business people, employers, tradespeople, contractors, financial planners, home decorators and stagers and more. I love to network in order to connect, not only myself but also, my clients to the products and services they need and want.
Last but not least, I also speak Dutch fluently. Even though my Dutch friends all speak English very well, they appreciate the fact that after a long day of looking at properties and absorbing all the new impressions, they can lapse into their native tongue and know that they are still being understood.
