| Andrew put together a sales plan that I was fully in agreement with. The strategy that he employed for selling the house was exactly what I would have done. I gave Andrew a target of selling our home quickly, in a declining market, and the goal was realized; we got our asking price, without subjects, in a very timely fashion. My thanks to Andrew and his Realtor wife, Janine, for a job well done! ...they had excellent local knowledge of the market. Always very approachable at all odd hours, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Would happily recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a house. Will definitely look to their talent and expertise when I re-enter the housing market. I have had Andrew act as realtor for two properties that I have owned. In both cases the sales were conducted at a time of great personal stress. The sale of the house at 18A Avenue was an especially trying situation - I might even say desperate - and Andrew came through for me. Really, I was in a helluva jam... I called Andrew over in early October. A day later he had a strategy in place, I signed the documents, and two days later the house was on the market. In less than four weeks I got the asking price, without subjects. An outstanding job, considering that we had entered a declining market. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone considering either purchasing or selling a home. Andrew is very approachable, diligent, patient and, above all, gets results - in record time! I am very grateful to him for having extricated me from a very difficult situation. |
