| Brian Rich assisted me in my recent purchase of condominium in Irvine. He was very knowledgable about the area, and made himself available to show me several properties. He was able to tailor his selection according to my needs, whether it be rental investment or self-use properties. His repsonsivensss is excellent; cell phone and texting are all valid open channels of communication if you prefer. He is quick to respond to emails and text messages. | I chose to work with Brian Rich because of his professionalism, attention to detail and local knowledge. He took the time to find out what MY true needs were and did a great job of valuing the market to insure I wasn't paying more than what the home was worth. What may have impressed me the most was his insight to how the lending side works, as well. Most realtors I had spoken with only knew things about the house and not the myriad of options available to suit my needs. He made what seemed to be a difficult and uncomfortable process, a pleasure. | If you are looking for a true professional, look no further. Brian was the best broker I have worked with (and there has been quite a few), especially in terms of understanding what I was looking for, negotiating the best deal for me, and for staying on top of all communications with me and others. In fact, Brian successfully rented out one of my properties to a great tenant and also found a great home for my wife and me to purchase. Brian immediately returned all phone calls and was constantly on top of all aspects of our purchase and tenant lease. He understands real-estate extremely well, and his business acumen was top-notch (I was not surprised when I found out he has an MBA as well). I recommend Brian whole-hardheartedly. |
