For over the past decade, Ian has been creatively buying, renovating and selling 100’s of single family homes and is now expanding his business across the United States & Canada leveraging technology. Ian lives in Plano, TX with his wife, Kristina, his daughter Molly and two dogs Bozlee and Juno. A few hobbies Ian enjoys is playing drums in a 3-piece rock trio, traveling to the mountains to go snowboarding and traveling to beautiful & sunny sandy beaches.
