Aloha Everyone,
I've been doing sales all my life. First a cashier at Aloha Stadium & selling Avon house to house all over Oahu. Was so successful I was honored in the Avon Presidential Club for 2 whole years. I was also a young mom of 2 boys. I worked as Assistant Manager for Vim n' Vigor health foods. After having 2 children I had the opportunity to manage a big cedar home to live in with 2 rentals on the North Shore & manage for 10 + years. Through the years of management I'm experienced in fixing things on my own to save the owners a lot of money from most breakdowns. I know many carpenters, electrician, plumbers & my husband is a 30 yr. experienced geologist/geophycist if needed help in foundation work that can get costly. Today, I have many tenants that are my good friends. Married & having 4 children we finally bought our own home. Missing the management of homes I decided to get my real estate license. Today, we have 2 of our children that own their own homes. We also have 8 wonderful grandchildren.

Born on Kauai. Moved to Ewa Beach in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Moved to Pacific Palisades in 2nd grade Pacific Palisades Elem., Highlands Intermediate School and Pearl City High School. Graduated GED in 1979.
1979 to 1981 - Assistant Manager for Vim n' Vigor Pearlridge
1981 to 1982 - Hawaii Institute of Barber College
1985 to 1987 - Sold Avon Products successfuly & sold enough to be in the President's Club for 2 years. Part time.
1982 to previously - Have four successful wonderful children & 8 grandchildren.
1990 to 2007 - Sold As Seen on t.v. new products in Shirokiya Pearlridge, Trade Shows and Swap Meets.
1993 to 20I managed a large cedar home with 2 rentals for clients.
2007 to 2009 - Worked in sales for glider rides at Soar Hawaii Sailplanes-Part time
2009 to 2010 - Worked at Keiki Bungalows in Housekeeping- Part time
1993 and recent - Worked for Latronic & Sons, Inc. selling a lubricant called "Militec-1." Militec-1 is a oil that transforms into a metal with heat and has proven for years to help save you money and gain mileage every year that you drive your car and is also used for weapon & many metal to metal application, Big companies like Royal Construction, FKS, Gaspro, Wiki wiki buses, Napa Haleiwa, etc. Also on the outer islands.
2006 and currently - Is a Realtor Associate for Fahrni Realty Inc.
