My investment experience started in the early 1980s. Since the first rental home I bought in Topeka, Kansas, I have purchased and/or sold over 30 investment properties and personal residences in St. Louis, San Antonio, Warrensburg, and other areas. My investment company, Two Oh Nine LLC, is currently rehabilitating 209-211 N Holden Street in what has become a beautiful downtown office and retail location.

 

Although I have years of corporate finance, personal finance, and other professional experience, I think this is less about me and more about my clients. I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, the highest professional designation in the financial services industry. I also hold an MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management, consistently ranked #1 in international business education.   I graduated from UCM in 1980 and from Warrensburg High School in 1977.
