Ronda Moll: The Next Generation of Real Estate

With each generation comes a certain group of talented and unique individuals that possess a certain spark to succeed in whatever venture they embark on. After many professional accolades, Ronda Moll has proven to be one of the top new Realtors in her profession.

For the past 8 years, Ronda has strived to learn everything she can about the many nuances of her craft, leading her to be one of the best and brightest minds in the business. This education came in large part to her association with Team Boren, where she learned exceptional strategies and skills from two very seasoned pros, Jerry and Gayle Boren. 

“I’ve never seen anyone who can multi-task, talk to clients and overcome obstacles all at the same time,” said associate Jerry Boren. “Besides that, she has learned to master the art of converting potential buyers and sellers into clients, which is not easy to do. She is confident in her delivery and knows her market well, which gives her that competitive edge above everyone else.”

True to form, Ronda has succeeded in being one of the youngest agents to have sold a multi-million dollar lakefront estate, which launched her into the forefront as a luxury real estate agent. From the South Lake Tahoe to the Tahoe City, Ronda has had numerous real estate accomplishments, proving that her hard work and passion for her profession has indeed paid off. 

“I love what I do and strive to offer the very best to my clients,” said Ronda. “I am constantly looking to hone my skills and continue to offer my clients a new approach to how real estate is done. The basics remain true however: work ethic, competency, communication and integrity are qualities that I feel are requirements in being successful in this profession.”

With a BS degree in Journalism from San Jose State University, Ronda has a strong writing ability that is an invaluable tool for marketing her listings, herself, and her company. 

“Ronda has a way of writing that makes you sit and up and take notice,” said associate Gayle Boren. “She captures the true emotion of whatever her subject is. Quite simply, she communicates on a personal level that everyone can identify with.”

Ronda’s strive to perfection has transcended into other aspects of her life, showcasing a young woman who has incorporated conservatism and spontenaity to form an extremely well-rounded individual. As an expert pianist, Ronda took to the piano at an early age, working diligently to achieve a music scholarship and certificate of accomplishment for musical theory by the time she was 17. 

In contrast to her musical side, Ronda took her same drive and applied it to competitive freestyle mogul skiing. It was while on the Squaw Valley Freestyle Team, that Ronda learned to become a team player and how to push herself to higher limits in a sport that was just emerging as one of the most creative and difficult realms in the skiing industry.

By combining her expertise and cutting edge style to real estate, Ronda is able to offer her clients a different approach to buying and selling homes that offers universal appeal, truly making her a leader as the next generation of Realtors.
