I started in the real estate business in Missouri Valley Iowa in 1981. In 1983 I joined a larger company in Omaha Nebraska. During my time in Omaha I worked to get my appraiser license and also my Broker license.I worked in Omaha area for 2 years. In 1985 I started my own real estate company. I have been in real estate sales and appraisal business for the past 27 years. During this time I have received my GRI Designation, a Certified General Appraisal License, and also my CRS Designation. I have been a multi million dollar sales producer for the past several years. In 2001 I merged my business with NPDodge in Omaha, Nebraska. I became the manager/broker of the Missouri Valley office for NPDodge from 2001 to 2007. I retired from office management and my real estate appraisal business in 2007. I am currently a full time broker associate for CBS Home Real Estate in Omaha,Ne. I am licensed in Iowa & Nebraska.
