I am Irish, from Co Wicklow. I moved to the States in 95 from Antwerp. I have lived in Australia, Hong Kong, England, The Netherlands and Belgium. I was a Landlord and property manager before getting into real estate. I am also an Auctioneer and a Notary Public. I have a good deal of knowledge about investment property from having been a Landlord and also from attending housing court as an observer as well as for out of state landlords.
