Prior to working with John, my business plan was basically an illusion.  During the course I was taught to find my natural talents and use them.  I learned to make myself do those items in my job that do not come naturally to me by following the very easy to understand principals set out in the program.  What I did not understand during the course, John would spend additional time helping me with after the session.  Through John, I always felt encouraged to try more and never felt like I was not able to accomplish my goal of becoming a more efficient agent.  I now have a very useful business plan and daily activity schedule that helps me be in charge of my business.  John is a fabulous coach.
